Cassidee's pictures

Cassidee has been grabbing my camera lately. Here are some of the moments she captured. I think she is pretty good. Do you? This is Sicily after having cake. I really like this picture of Greg and Joe. It captures a moment they are having.

This one just makes me happy. I loved holding my nephew and I just get a kick out of Kennedy everyday.

Kennedy is reading.

This is probably my favorite. I wish I could take pictures like this one.

Who is the guilty party?

I think Sicily is so darn cute. She is just getting ready to party it up at her Mardi Gras bash. But this is what I want to know about. I came home on Friday after a long day of kids and found this in my snow. I want names and numbers...remember...I know where you live.

New Laundry Room

So, a few weeks ago our washer broke. I was pretty bummed because having three kids as many of you know...creates a lot of laundry. It was the night before we were supposed to go to California for Darci's baby blessing and the girls had a music performance at school. Talk about stress! Joseph and I can make a pretty good team. He went to RC Willey while I went to Kennedy's performance. Then I met him at RC Willey to check out his ideas and made it back just in time for Cassidee's performance. This is what he picked out. I was really excited about the environmental aspects of the Electrolux and thrilled that we could stack them. I wish I had a before picture...but this is after. Before, that rolling laundry separator was behind the door so you could only open the door about half way. Then, the girls would hang their back packs and it'd be incredible difficult to get any laundry done. Today, Joseph put up some shelves in the room which created so much more room!
He even got some thing to put the mop and brooms on. Those "Bring You Own Bags" take up a lot of space too. I'm so happy with it all!

Hooks for the girls stuff! Are you kidding me? This was a dream come true!

What a Valentines Day surprise!

Disgusting

So, the Green Bag experiment was the grossest thing ever. These strawberries are three weeks old. The Green Bag protected the banana, but so did the Ziploc Baggie. In fact, the Ziploc Baggie looks slightly better than the Green Bag.
The tomatoes were a little different. The one in the Ziploc was more moldy and the other two didn't seem any different.

Our conclusion: Green Bags are not that much better than Ziplocs but a lot more expensive. Now....all we have to do is create a poster, type a paper, an abstract, and provide graphs. Parenting is exhausting!

Actual Blessing.

These are not in order but...after the blessing, the girls were so excited about the sunny weather and the fact that they didn't need a coat. They were a wee bit crazy. Joseph and Darci are fun to watch. She deals with him really well. We both tell him to "shut up".

Kennedy dropped her cake. Mike's face just made me laugh for an hour.

I love Darci and baby Jackson.

We are quite happy with Joel too. He is good to Darci and that makes us happy.

Blessing in California

On Saturday Joseph and I got to meet baby boy Jackson again. He has grown so much!

This was the girls first time meeting their cousin. They instantly loved him and even helped Aunt Darci clean the house for the blessing.

I wouldn't let Kennedy get too close. It doesn't take too much to make her happy.

Cassidee is a natural.
